Thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s general assembly. The turnout was strong, and the meeting was marked by constructive dialogue, good questions, and a shared commitment to keeping Sunpark Gardens a great place to live.

Highlights from the evening:

• Board report: The board presented the annual report, including updates on last year’s projects – notably the successful roof inspection campaign and the renovation of the bike storage rooms.

• Financial overview: The association’s financials were reviewed and approved. Thanks to careful budget planning and fewer unforeseen repairs, the year ended with a small surplus. The budget for 2025 was also adopted, with continued focus on maintenance and savings for future improvements.

• New initiatives: Members voted in favor of setting aside funds for a future playground upgrade and starting a working group to evaluate solar panel options for the rooftops.

• Board elections: Two new members were elected to the board, replacing outgoing members who were thanked for their efforts. The full board list will be posted on the resident portal.

• Open floor: Residents brought up ideas for social events, suggestions for better waste sorting, and a proposal for more visible signage around the property. These topics will be further discussed by the board.
